I recently moved from Austin, TX to Calgary, and I can't recommend Anastasia highly enough. I found her through a Google search for an agent with experience … read more in international moves, and her name came up in the top three results — I'm so glad it did.
From the very start, Anastasia was always on time, friendly, and accommodating. She's a true expert in the process, and most importantly, she was refreshingly honest about the buildings here in Calgary. She earned my trust early on, and she never once took advantage of it.
At every step, Anastasia kept me informed about what was happening and what to expect. She went above and beyond by giving me tips about where to go and what to do in my new city — something that made a huge difference as a newcomer trying to find my footing.
She also surrounded me with a team of highly competent professionals — including an inspector and a lawyer — who worked together so seamlessly it was as if they'd been on the same team for years. That kind of coordination took so much stress out of the process.
If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in helping you settle in, Anastasia is the one to call. I highly recommend her to anyone.

You hear a lot of things about real estate agents - like maybe you don't need one, or that they're a waste of money... I'm sure that's true of … read more some. Anastasia, on the other hand, puts an incredible amount of effort into making sure every step of the process was done correctly (and quickly!), answered questions at all sorts of random times, and went far above and beyond in making sure I was comfortable and informed along the way.
Check out all those other 5 star reviews. I'll definitely be referring anyone I meet towards her!

Working with Anastasia was an amazing experience. She was incredibly responsive! Every time I had a question or sent a message, I received a quick and detailed … read more reply. She made me feel like a top-priority client and always gave me her full attention and support.
She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, guided me through every step, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. She was always willing to show me more options and never made me feel rushed. I truly felt that she was genuinely invested in helping me find the best place, not just any place.
On top of that, she negotiated a great price for me and made sure my interests were protected throughout the process. Her professionalism, dedication, and commitment to her clients really stand out.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares and goes above and beyond.
