 Calgary Stampede 2026 – July 3-12

The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth is back for 10 days of rodeo, chuckwagon races, live music, midway rides, world-class food, and city-wide western celebrations. Here’s everything happening inside and around Stampede Park this year.

When: July 3-12, 2026

Hours: 11am – midnight daily
Admission: $17-$28 (concerts ticketed separately)


The Rodeo & Evening Show

  • World’s Largest Outdoor Rodeo – Daily at 1.30pm @ GMC Stadium. The world’s toughest cowboys and cowgirls face off across 10 days of competition, building toward Championship Sunday on July 12.
  • Rangeland Derby Chuckwagon Races & Grandstand Show — Nightly at 7.15pm @ GMC Stadium. The iconic trifecta of chuckwagon racing, ENMAX Relay Races, and the Grandstand Show presented by Freedom Mobile, featuring Alberta’s own High Valley and the Young Canadians. Ten straight nights of world-class entertainment.
  • Championship Sunday – July 12 @ GMC Stadium. The most thrilling day of the rodeo, where top competitors battle for the world title — the emotional, electric finale of Stampede 2026.

Stampede Concert Series – Scotiabank Saddledome (tickets required, includes park admission)

  • A$AP Rocky – Saturday, July 4 at 8.30pm. Global hip-hop superstar bringing his signature style and chart-topping catalogue to the Saddledome.
  • Alanis Morissette – Saturday, July 11. Canada’s own fearless alt-rock icon performing hits from one of the best-selling albums in history.

  • Stampede Powwow – July 6 & 7 @ Scotiabank Saddledome; Free with park admission. World-class Indigenous dancers and drummers from across North America competing in traditional regalia — one of the most culturally rich and moving events of the entire Stampede.
  • Stampede Stand-Up with Just For Laughs – July 10 & 11 @ Stage of Wonders (18+); Tickets: varies. Two nights of Just For Laughs comedians taking over the Stage of Wonders — a brand new addition to the Stampede lineup.
  • Surge 2 Stampede – Calgary Surge vs. Vancouver Bandits — July 9 @ Scotiabank Saddledome at 6.30pm; Tickets: varies. Pro basketball comes to Stampede Park in a special one-night Saddledome event.
  • FIFA World Cup Watch Party – July 4 @ The Big Four Roadhouse from 11am; Free with park admission. Catch World Cup action on giant screens with food, drinks, and an energetic roadhouse atmosphere.
  • Taste of Stampede presented by Safeway – Daily @ Stampede Park; Free with park admission. Live chef showdowns, local food stories, and non-stop culinary entertainment throughout the 10 days.

Note for readers: The Stampede Concert Series shows (A$AP Rocky and Alanis Morissette) require separate tickets which include Stampede Park admission. All other Coca-Cola Stage, Big Four Roadhouse, and Nashville North shows are free with your daily park admission. Cowboys and Badlands shows are independently ticketed events outside of Stampede Park. Check calgarystampede.com and the official Stampede app for the full and updated daily lineup.
