  At every step, Anastasia kept me informed about what was happening and what to expect. She went above and beyond by giving me tips about where to go and what to do in my new city — something that made a huge difference as a newcomer trying to find my footing.
  She also surrounded me with a team of highly competent professionals — including an inspector and a lawyer — who worked together so seamlessly it was as if they'd been on the same team for years. That kind of coordination took so much stress out of the process.
  If you're looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely invested in helping you settle in, Anastasia is the one to call. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I must say that her content is quite high level in terms of quality. I called her on the phone and we got to know each other. I immediately explained what I needed and Anastasia professionally explained to me all the subtleties and the algorithm for further actions. I chose real estate for a very long time and carefully, and at each stage I quickly received all the necessary information about a particular object. I want to note right away that Anastasia does not work on the principle of just selling. There were moments when I really liked the object in all respects, but Anastasia warned about pitfalls such as not a very good location, technical problems in the building, and much more. Many thanks to her for this, since I do not know Calgary at all. As a result, Anastasia and I found what we liked. The entire registration procedure was quite easy because Anastasia did everything quickly, professionally, explaining all the steps in advance and coordinating our actions. Weeks prior to coming to Calgary, Anastasia took us through the process online, introduced us to various local dos and don’ts that you won’t otherwise find online. Prior to coming to Calgary, we had a team ready including a mortgage consultant, led by Anastasia, to start visiting the listings active at that time.
  We went to tens of properties and performed our on-spot debriefs on pros and cons of not only the property but also the communities. On a few occasions, though we were inclined to consider a purchase but Anastasia clarified certain aspects that when considered for longer term accommodation, we decided otherwise and moved on to our next shortlisted visits. Meaning, she helps putting the things in right perspective for you to assess and take an informed decision. Not only the intangible aspects, but also the buying-selling statistics were shared in realtime to put the listings in right commercial competitiveness perspective.
  Then came a time when finalized a listing, Anastasia was on the front lines right from the offer through to financing, inspection and to the possession day. In fact, on the possession day, we ran into a small issue related to an inspection point which she managed to resolve with the seller’s team amicably, the same day. What could otherwise turn into a lawyer's discussion, rather became an action / expereience that kept us on track for our posession timeline. Kudos to that.
  Before we got in touch with Anastasia, I was always looking to team up with a project manager who is capable of leading a team instead of a realtor who plays the realtor part and leaves everything else to clients to manage.   When the COVID happened, we were on vacation and got stuck outside the country. Meanwhile, due to various reasons my employer asked me to move to Montreal !! It was a very difficult situation for us. I was literally helpless. Anastasia came to rescue. She put the house on sale in my absence. I managed to send her the house keys. She managed everything, house cleaning, showings, prep. work, everything.... We trusted our house on her for four months while being helplessly stuck outside Canada !!
