CalgaryLifestyleGuide.com blog and real estate company was founded by Anastasia Dvorak, an experienced Realtor and Property Manager, marketing manager, SEO (search engine optimization) specialist, digital marketing and Facebook Ad/Conversion specialist, web designer/programmer, SEO/Social Media Marketer (Google and Hubspot Certified), content creator, blogger, and entrepreneur who owned a successful advertising/marketing agency in Calgary, Alberta. Anastasia creates quality written content that’s relevant, SEO-friendly, and leads to conversions. She has been working in the real estate industry since 2011. She initially focused on commercial real estate at Cushman & Wakefield.

Anastasia is a Trusted CIBC Bank Realtor, and you can often see her at Aspen Landing SW or Crowfoot NW Calgary Branches with her real estate booth greeting clients and providing more information about her services. She has invested a lot of time into getting the best, most up-to-date relevant education that will help her bring more value to her clients.

She has seven (7) real estate designations (Accredited Buyer Representative ABR®, Seller Representative Specialist SRS®, Certified Condominium Specialist CCS®, Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Certified Negotiation Expert CNE®, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist CLHMS®, Certified Property Manager), and has completed Harvard University Post-Graduate Professional Certificate in Marketing Management and Digital Strategy, which allows Anastasia to provide an even better-targeted marketing service for her clients and their properties.

Anastasia has over 19 years of experience in marketing, branding, and creative, strategic design (web/print/advertising) and digital marketing. She has a degree from the University of Calgary, majoring in International Business. She has also completed her Publishing & Graphic Design and Web/Content Development certificates at Mount Royal University. Anastasia is married and has two sons, a daughter (in heaven), and an airedale terrier and a ragdoll cat.
