+Meet and greet with a local Author – Corinna Chong – that just released her book of short stories The Whole Animal on April 11. Corinna will be back home in Calgary on May 17th to do a book launch at Shelf Life Books. The Whole Animal is a collection of stories 15 years in the making, all based on personal experiences from different stages of Corinna’s life. There are several stories set in Calgary. Corinna won the CBC Short Story prize (2021) for her short story :”Kids In Kindergarten” which led to the publishing deal on this book. This story also appears in The Whole Animal.
