From the very start, Anastasia was always on time, friendly, and accommodating. She's a true expert in the process, and most importantly, she was refreshingly honest about the buildings here in Calgary. She earned my trust early on, and she never once took advantage of it.
At every step, Anastasia kept me informed about what was happening and what to expect. She went above and beyond by giving me tips about where to go and what to do in my new city — something that made a huge difference as a newcomer trying to find my footing.
She also surrounded me with a team of highly competent professionals — including an inspector and a lawyer — who worked together so seamlessly it was as if they'd been on the same team for years. That kind of coordination took so much stress out of the process.
